Finance Manager - FP&A


MMC Technology FP&A is seeking candidates for the following position based in New Jersey: Finance Manager – FP&A What can you expect? Independently execute financial modeling, including performing financial analyst activities, and financial reporting, and various metrics projects. Act independently to represent Finance on cross-functional management teams Collaborate across multiple functions and businesses at a senior level to resolve complex issues Develop budgets and quarterly forecasts. Ensure financial reports, month end, P&L, balance sheets, cashflows, and statistical analyses are developed and accurate. Identify financial and operational KPIs and convert them into dashboards to drive accountability for performance throughout the company. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to advise management on financial analyses, results, and recommendations. Create and maintain financial models, perform variance analysis, develop business cases and investment summaries. Implement financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Provide support for business and operational decisions-making. Work closely with other departments to produce period reporting and analysis to support the business, region and market in making informed decisions. What you need to have: Accounting qualifications:  ACCA/ACA or CIMA with 2-5 years PQE Previous FP&A experience within a large matrixed environment, either Financial Services or Professional Services The ability to utilize initiative, be proactive and demonstrate experience of initiating process improvements and innovations Strong analytical and problem solving skills.   Essential to be able to understand trends and features of results and forecasts, and to cross-check analyses produced against that understanding.
